The color scheme is nice - though you might want to use the original shape of the "n", as this shape is also a japanese character that means "power, strength" (according to divVerent, see http://forums.alientrap.local/viewtopic.php?t=2586). I think most of the people that know about this meaning wouldn't want that part of the logo to change, including me.

actually, i like the first one here..looks awesome..

however, my fav so far has been the gif ani a few posts back..if the glow was red instead of blue, it would be even sicker imo

It seems more a texture, that a logo,fabz0r. IMHO, the pattern on a logo is not so good, because, imagine to put it on a website on 128x128: it would seem a bit confused, messy. I suggest you to remove pattern and maybe insert something monochrome or two-colours. The flame is a good idea, but I suggest you to bright it up a bit.
