Nexuiz frag movie

  • Some days ago (3days i think) i was a bit bored and watch some demos a record a bit and after only a few demos i got 6min 30. So i decided to make a movie :P

    1. Intro
    Nothing to talk about it.

    2. 1on1 against [PGP]DIM
    Was funny but myself getting ow3nd very often :(

    3. 2on2 against random (morfar and kojn :shock: )
    INSANE!!!!! :!:

    4. 1on1 against esteel[LDB]
    Quite the best :D

    5. Outro

    Ok with the music i doesn´t cut it in the right way so its a bit crappy :oops:

    I was to lazy to record the demos against you Urmel ,but maybe i make an other one and there will be the games against you :twisted:

  • Saw the movie and there's one thing I have to comment. It's laggy. It's like the high settings for the game actually matters for the movie. It feels like if you would have low settings it would go smoother :P Was it low fps when rendering the movie or did you watch the movie with high settings when taking those screens? The intro and outro was smooth so it cannot be low fps rendering.

    Or is it just laggy for me? :P

    Well, when the player look in the wall it was smoother then looking at action. So I think your computer renders slower than 20 fps, and that's why it looks laggy. You should use lower graphics settings :)

    With the ingame video capturing, it doesn't matter at which speed the demo was rendered, the output video will always get the desired framerate. Only external screen capture apps like fraps depend on the actual framerate while rendering, but there results are crappy anyway ;)

  • I would download it but my DSL is like 115 kilobytes a second at MOST.
    Any chance of streaming it or something? What about putting it on YouTube?

  • That guy got banned for exessive useless spamming with comments that were basically 'i have no idea what this thread is about but YES you are right'.

    So do not worry about if he gets the idea of frag- vs jump-movie or a mix of both..

    In fact that post has about the same quality but after deleting over 15 of those 'great' posts from his morning i got sloppy and thought well there might be SOME sense in it.. And a bit later he got banned by an admin anyway..

  • He was warned, and once esteel cleaned up the worst of the mess he made he commenced in recreating it..!

    I did not put a ip ban on him so he can re-register i just hope this is nuff to grab hes attention.
