  • I really like the look and feel of this map, but it's really really small. I couldn't imagine much more than a 2v2 being played on this without people falling to their death all the time :)

The layout and visual design are spectacular, though.

Could you please clarify? I don't think I understand what you mean. Is this better?:

Yes thats perfect now, seems you understood me after all :)
Though you can save some size by not including
    Docs/Readme~
    maps/rev2.bak
    maps/rev2.prt
    maps/rev2.srf
    maps/rev2.txt~

Hmm and the description 'Two opposing spaceships, locked in combat.' seems more like locked in a repairbay to me :)

  • But yes, it is certainly a map for no many more than 6 people (3v3).

Anyone else try it? I would love some feedback for future maps.

  • Bigger in what way? More rooms, or bigger ones? I assume you don't mean just scaling the entire map up... :)

  • I'm thinking I might just get rid of the chairs, they don't do much.

  • Hmm yeah it's too small...
And put more decals in! Play with brush forms... There are too much 90° corners. Smooth em so it would look much better.

    But the gameplay is nice!

But i found something which is not so nice:
    http://xs.to/xs.php?h=xs215&d=07213&f=nexuiz000025.jpg
The floor with the grey metal texture. It's too boring. Put more textures in. And put a different light to items so the player notices: 'Ahh, theres something diferent. I must walk up there!'

Keep your maps up! I am waiting for the next.
    It wasn't me!
