How might I assign location names to areas of my map, like in greatwall or capturecity (?)- aka when you type %l it reads "red subway platform" on the red subway platform, instead of just reading "@ rocket launcher" or something like that?

place "info_location" entities on your map with "netname" set to whatever should be displayed...

(it should like that in the .map file:
