How would i go about making a new special character? I have tried looking in all the folders, but i may have missed something or someone may know what i want to do. Is there a file at goes e.g
Á = Á.gif
Along those lines... Or am I way of with my guess on how it would be formatted?

What are you trying to say? You want a character as a model, or a character as a sprite, or just a picture of a character?

I forgot about checking ouns, it turns out it has what I need for a while

somewhere in the pk3s there's an image that has all the fonts, just replace one of the chars in that grid with that one. But be warned: it will only show up on your computer, and so it would not make much sense to even bother.

what if i convince the hole of the nexuiz community to download it Is there a way that when people connect to a certain server they download it. In the correct file location?

If a server adds the new characters can everyone use them? or do the have to download it separately?

people might not want it,
mainly because you can only -replace- existing ones.
that's my guess, i wouldn't allow anyone to replace my font ^^

it's posible but you will have to add some code if you wont to "add" a new model and not just replace a old model.
