  • How exactly are traps created, such as those which drop the player into lava pits by having the floor move.

    Want to have a trap similar to that of the one present in the Quake 2 map The Fragpipe. At least I think thats what its called as far as I am remember...
    Possibly not the worst mapper in the world.

    You're too late dude, I've already done that in cbdm1 Hot Grounds :P
    Look for that map, it has the map file in the pk3, and look how I've done it.

  • I'm still going to use it, its for a ctf map. I was just curious to know how its done.

    There. I've done it. Its funny to watch the bots die in a horrible torrent of lava.
    Possibly not the worst mapper in the world.
