strange bug on exporting model

  • i imported the zym of the marine model, messed around with it and exported it back to zym. it exported, showed up in the game and had some kind of animation, but is misshapen.

    this is what it should look like...

    anyone got any idea what's happened here? i'm kinda stumped.


    **edit**
    the reason i went with the zym import is because the smd import script doesn't work with my version of blender.

  • sadly, importing the model with the zym importer and then trying to use it with the smd animations doesn't work. probably a scale thing.

    in the end i gave up and just exported it with a custom 2-bone skeleton and no animations. it's available in this post
