im trying to find a specific shader for lights that blink . Much like you would see on a tower with the red lights . I need it to fade slightly off then fade back in . does anyone have something like this lying around ?
I may have over looked it in the Q3A shader manual . its so extensive

Look at eg. jumppads, how it's done. You might need some texture editing though.
