(or "Over the Clouds")

i had this idea yesterday morning: (inspired by the PushMod map and "Hands of God")
* birdview on fields, cities, etc
* moving layer of clouds
* texture-less water
* glowing texture-less blocks

The water is supposed to simulate the feel of walking on clouds. (i mean the idea of it. You can't really walk on clouds.) i envisioned a piece of ruin and some invisible glowing blocks floating around.
