Writing php forntends for some old database get boring real fast. And i had not done eny mapping in some time, so i decided to mix up a quick map. As the name sugets its a kinda wacky space map. Intended for CTF / DOM / TDM. Dont expect miracles as this map is done in a few hrs.

i hope to get the frontend for the ipb database working this weak. i realy dont whanna start digging up individual pices o info unless this fails horribly (if i do this once, im sure the requests for post blaha or pm blaha vill grow fast..)

Its not like its hard to lookup the suff by had, its just timecomsuming to manualy match a pile of ids.

Back to the topic.. The map looked bigger on the screenshots but i like the layout. I think lots of people will complain about the laser in the map. Maybe add a mapcfg where the grappling hook is enabled or the laser has less push.
Also the jumppad to/from the middle section need more push. You will fall down unless you press the forward key.

Yes, nice map... but the jumppads from/to the middle are really a bit too weak or too low.

and navnodes for the bots would be good...

Nah im notrealy found of messigarround with the weapon settinson per-map basis. This map is designed to be fast, and tickjumping arround the map feeds the speed fury well due to the relativly small surface areas to land on you spacedust with one small misscalculation. Also your an ez airtarget due to the very open layout. And untill the hook-on-sky thing is fixed i would not enable it in a space map..

Intentional. If ppl get to big blisters on their finger from having to push a button i guess ill have to change it

Also im cosideing moving the plats away from each other, and maybe adding some more twisted stuff

Hehe np. Like i stated in my original post.. i did this map mostly to keep my mapping alive and to fight off the bordom, not to win the heart of every gam3r out there

yes, but it requiers good timing.
