During almost any game i go to, I'll have like up to 10 seconds or more, where i either cant move, cant shoot, or a combination of both. Everyone else doesnt seem to be lagging, and it causes me to die multiple times.

Might be packet loss, or happen only on some servers. Try the current RBI servers. There was a bug that caused such hangs, but it is fixed now. If it is packet loss, the next version will help you.
