I'm new here.
So I downloaded 2.2.3, and unzipped and all (on Mac OSX), and when I launch Nexuiz, it just gives me a black screen. I Apple+Option+Esc out and, in the last moments, it flashes "Loading" at me, then dies. Eh?

Try blindly typing:
Shift-Escape
map basement
ENTER
Does this do something?1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.-

Oh, that is a hint... it is no longer the non-power-of-two texture size problem then (feature advertised by the OS X drivers but results in black menu).

Tw34k: do you have installed drivers for your graphic card? The ones coming with windows are not very good.. Just in case, look at ati.com or nvidia.com depending on your card and install drivers for you card.-
