Hi,
I can't make Nexuiz use 4 speakers. When I set the option to 4 speakers in the menu it does nothing. And if I quit Nexuiz and start it again, the option is back to stereo. Does anybody knows how to fix this ?

I'm using Windows XP with an integrated RealTek ALC882. (Yes, I know ... I need to get a *real* sound card.) Other games work with 4 speakers without problems.

Surround sound works only with Nexuiz-SDL for me, not with the normal Nexuiz binary

Thanks a lot. That works. Now I can hear people when they sneak from behind.

It seems the windows native code still needs changes for the sound part
