i have tried to use monk model to play

Actually this server have monk.pk3 in the /data directory, but maybe it's not enough ?
Or some players haven't the monk model yet, and since I've forgotten to add it in the curl_urls.txt, they can't download and see it.

Yes, the file needs to be downloadable via curl, that is, you need to have a link for it in curl_urls.txt.

change it automatically with an other standard model

The problem is a server misconfiguration. It was installed without telling the server how to provide a download, so it expected everyone can get it.

When I try the monk model on anything other then an RBI server I get a nice colored box instead of the model. I like it

Doesn't happen on nwn-server, nwn-server then switches to marine instead. Which one has the bug?

well much server have this configuration problem

Well simply beat those server admins to provide a download for that file.. the problem is that the monk is on the server thus players using the monk are accepted and not reset to a default model. But for that do not have the monk downloaded already thats a problem because the engine can't load that model and thus it displays the 'box'/'diamond'..
All that needs to be done is to get those admins to make it downloadable.
