Hello all!
Whenever I try to start nexuiz it just crashes x
nexuiz version 2.2.3-1
Ubuntu Feisty linux (metacity window manager)
1.6GHz Pentium M
1GB ram
Intel 915GM graphics
i suspect the issue has to do with my graphics card. how can i find out what the problem is?
any help is appreciated.

Which graphics driver are you using?1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.-

i have xserver-xorg-videro-i740 and xserver-xorg-video-intel installed.
i just noticed that tremulous also does not work, though it was working before. now it also crashes x on start up.
maybe i'll uninstall the intel drivers and see what happens.- myr

ok so i uninstalled xserver-xorg-video-intel and now both games work.
my resolution is the wrong size and ratio but whatever.
the 915resolution hack works to a certain extent.
