Hi I am running Nexuiz on a Debian box with dual screens and I had a couple of problems.

When I launch the game it fills the right screen with all black except the cursor. When I do something like Ctrl-Alt-F1 and then Ctrl-Alt-F7 to refresh everything it then displays everything. Any ideas how to avoid doing that each time?

Because I am playing in one monitor, all my programs stay visible on the other monitor but I can't control them as input it locked to Nexiuz. Any idea how I could quickly switch to the other monitor to browse the web or anything?
