I have tried MULTIPLE setting changes and each time I see rainbow colors on walls (textures). If I turn on bloom... it is all blue (including models) until I get hit then it turns back to rainbow.
Please help me understand what can be done.

Did you install the ATI graphics update, that came with 10.5.2?
