you mean, it's flashing while you are playing?

And could you tell something about the hardware youre using and the OS?

Let's see... you wrote a post to tell people to search the forums before they post, but you would actually have to search the forums first to find it in order to know that you were supposed to search the forums.

Well, when you click on the 'support and bugs' forum, it's right at the top. and in all caps.

Maybe we should make sticky topics a brighter color?

Well, back to the topic.. without knowing more about your system and stuff it sounds like a graphic driver bug.
What kind of hardware do you have? Or do you know what drivers you have installed?

Actually, he MIGHT mean: "my loading screen is flashing when i play?" = "When I connect to a server, I see lots of weird text flashing up for a short time"

In that case, scr_conforcewhiledisconnected 0; scr_menuforcewhiledisconnected 1 will fix it.
