I have no problem with adding new maps and new models like doc_nex's shotgun model into my Nexuiz/data folder but recently, I tried adding gibs and doc_nex's nex model that is found here.

I either renamed it into a .pk3 and placed it into my Nexuiz/data folder or I unzip it and copied the contents to data but it still didn't work. Can someone tell me why? Now my gibs don't even come out at all.

Thanks. the fix worked. Is it possible to change the position of the gun to be lower or higher? anyway. what about the gibs?

And off topic but how do you add waypoints for bots in a map
