Hello,

I have messed up my settings. Please help me to determine my fault:
Earlier I could see rockets as a small ball of light with a long flaming trail. That trail had kind of sparks in it.
Now i have a big, round light around the rocket, which makes seeing what happens behind the rocket impossible. I am not able to determine where rockets of other players are, because i only see bright yellow light on my screen everywhere



Please help me: Which setting do I have to change?

You probably need to disable "coronas," in the effects menu.

Dunno about coronas, I have them enabled.
You might try to raise the Particle Details setting.

set gl_flashblend 0

Try that, you probably set it to 1.. i'm not sure if there is an menu option for this but i think there is not, so you should know how to use the console..

Have my option of setting EVERYTHING to low or zilch. Works a feckin' charm for me.
