I'm running Mac OS X, below the problem is the graphics card properties.

Basically, the game is running fine and everything is moving as quick as it should be. Only problem is that whenever I move my mouse, the video displayed doesn't want to move with my mouse, and it clips terribly. Anyway I can fix this? I've been playing for a while now and I haven't run into this problem before.

Dunno whats wrong with the mouse but there is no way you could be playing Nex @ 1680 x 1050 32 bit with that GMA 950 .
you prolly get 10 fps at best

Well if fps are indeed good enough you can try changing the Settings/Input/ OS Mouse acceleration setting.

I figured out the problem, I did a quick Speed Test of my internet connection and I had a whopping 800 bytes per hour.
A quick call to Time Warner had the power of my router boosted and my mouse ran fine after that. Really weird though...
