  • Hello, I would also like to turn on mouse acceleration, but in the sense of cl_mouseAccel in Q3A, not just by multiplying sensitivity by a constant number - is that even possible in Nexuiz?

  • i might be mistaken but as far as i know, nexuiz can disable the os mouse acceleration or let it on. I have not heard of mouse acceleration done by the game itself. there is mouse smoothing that can be done by the game but this as nothing to do with acceleration.

  • To keep mouse acceleration enabled:

nexuiz.exe: add the command line argument -noforcemparms
    nexuiz-sdl: ???
nexuiz-glx: add the command line argument -noforcemparms
    nexuiz-agl: set apple_mouse_noaccel 0; vid_restart
    1. Open Notepad
    2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
    3. Save
    4. Open the file in Notepad again

You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.
