Looks to me you installed the wrong drivers. But I don't know for sure, however if they are correct you'd better downgrade the drivers to what you had.

That's my two cents, however, wait till someone more experienced replies.

Do you use rivatuner or similar thing?

Quite easy to understand waht the message wants to say, isnt it? The currently installed driver noticed that there are files from an older and/or other driver are active as well.

This means, you haven't uninstalled

-the driver from the ATi card you had before
-the omega driver
-the DNA driver you had before
-the Nvidia beta driver

before you installed the current driver. Choose the alternative that suits the most to your circumstances.
