Help me im noob , can someone tell me how to download the game and no damn patch or maps?

Well, you go to: www.nexuiz.com
There you'll see a download link (Download Nexuiz) and that's the full game. Then just unpack it and run. Of course, if you click the 'Mirrors' button just below it you can download patches there.

Now, going there during this time then you will download Nexuiz 2.4.2. Soon however, in a week or two, a new version 2.5 will be released. So I highly recommend having a close eye on that site.
