  • Hello,

I run Fedora Core 5 (nVidia GPU) on a dual screen pc. When I run nexuix, the one of the two screens turns black but the game windows in it is displayed centered on the edge of the screen... So i can only see the half of the game screen :)

Is the TwinView Option supported on Nexuiz.. If yes, how can I have the game on the middle of the screen ? :)

    Thanks in advance !

  • Not so very sure what You want to tell us.... :?

If You run Nexuiz in fullscreen mode, switch it off. The window should be moveable then, shouldn't it?

  • Hi Kheldar.

This seems to be a bug with Nvidias twinview. A lot of games should have the same problems. At least i do not know one that does work with twinview. It does however work fine for me if i use the X extension xinerama...

most comfortable way is to open the file config.cfg (Nexuiz\data) with an editor.

    add the line vid_fullscreen "0"

Next start of the game is in windowed mode.

Well this might be a little harder, but it's possible.

You'd have to set the resolution correctly in the config.cfg like:

    vid_height "900"
    vid_width "1600"

(depending on Your screen sizes), and set the "field of view" properly in the menue.

If You are able to understand the german language, You can get much more informations about settings in the config.cfg on http://www.planetnexuiz.de

Although I think atm it has to be overworked for the new 2.0 version

BTW r there any english knowledge bases like on planetnexuiz.de?
