Sometimes (about 50% of the time playing), sound stops completely. Console says then, "CSQC unloaded
". Is there any solution to keep sound going on, as it is quite embarrassing to restart nexuiz then to start over again?
Thanks, Xe

Try
- Code: Select all
pkill pulseaudio
see if you still experience errors.
If this fixes it, add that command to your startup applications.

As pulseaudio produces further porblems (especially with Skype) I removed it, and hence the installation for ESD.

ALSA is really all you need. When you pkill pulseaudio (or remove it in your case) ALSA will take over.
