Pressing function keys (F10 to quit or F4 to end warm-up) have no effect, whether or not I'm holding down the option key. I don't know what other function keys might be supposed to do.

I'm running Mac OS X 10.5.7. This has been a problem with Nexuiz versions 2.1, 2.5, and now 2.5.1.

I don't know if it's important, but I think my graphics card (on my iMac) is ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro.

try holding down the fn key two keys down from option..

i havent had this issue (but i dont use my function keys now that i think about it..although the few times i have used them i think i did..now that i think about it...) but yeah, old down the fn key.

you can also go to System Preferences > Keyboard, Mouse, etc and set it to use them as standard function keys rather than use the printed function. yes, i realize that disables itunes controls, expose, etc on the function keys, and trust me, i dont like that either (i had to complain to Propellerhead because their Record app makes heavy use of that function and i am SO opposed to disabling my printed key functions.. )

also, i just type "quit" in the console or click the quit button on the menu to quit, but i have no idea what this 'warm-up' is that you speak of...
