  • Just so you know: win 2k is no longer supported.
    HOF:
    <Diablo> the nex is a "game modification"
    <Diablo> quake1 never had a weapon like that.
    <Vordreller> there was no need for anything over 4GB untill Vista came along

    Yes it is, compatibility goes all the way back to win9x, it always has, and I see no reason to change that.

    This is news to me. What options do i build with to disable ipv6? (since its not supported on these old platforms)

  • I think some more minimal Linux distros don't build their kernel with IPv6 support either, hence if IPv6 was a requirement for Nexuiz, it wouldn't work on those systems either although many users of these uberlightweight distros are using crummy old hardware that wouldn't even manage Nexuiz on absolute minimum settings.
