Just wanted to tell everyone that I will be back, surveying and mingle with the Nexuiz community again, and most likely start playing a little more now. Been having a break for a few months now and I just occasionally dropped down a line here.

Right now I have a little more time now but only time will tell when it ends.

Dave & I desperately needed for someone to import a .SMD into Maya 3D, and export it into a .MD3.

And then you show up only 2 days after the discussion with Dave, isn't that convenient..?

So what do you say? You'll be provided with everything necessary to convert the marine model from .SMD, to .MD3, short of Maya 3D.

I suppose I could do that. But why you need me? You not working in Maya? Also I have version 8.5 right now so you have things working for that version (Though I might already have a working .smd importing plugin, fro 7 or 8.0, maybe 8.5)? I'll check be back later.

EDIT: Well it says it's for 4-8 so I hope it means all versions of 8.

I'll probably be also back soon. Today I played my first match with the mouse in the right hand again, but using other keys for moving. A small attempt with left handed mouse was - err - yeah but quite impossible.

From today I'm gonna spend some minutes daily on minstagib and I hope the hurts won't get worse again when the minutes get more every day. Keep your fingers crossed for me
