Funny enough I also have said before that facing worlds would be nicer without a nex. It's a great map but the nex makes it "facing campers".

(The same problem applies to all maps with large open areas.)

I agree. An alternative would be to make it like the UT2003 facing worlds map where the towers are further apart, there is a pyramid in the middle and jump pads. This makes it a much better for playing CTF, something many people don't actually seem to do on the current map, instead preferring camping.

most of the player do not know how to play ctf so they camp!

Nexuiz advertises itself as a fast paced game, yet has a single shot camper weapon.

I like the boomerang modification of the rocket launcher, it would be a great modification to the Nex, If you miss, your shot rebounds and hits you.

It's true. No game should EVER have a fast, one hit kill, hitscan weapon. It's detrimental to the game.

Even if it's damage only, or reduced damage only, OR pushing only, that would be fun too
lol make it push, and when you stand on the ground and shoot upward, the Z axis of the pushing direction is inverted, so you're always pushed around, ^^

Remember how someone made an upside-down Aggressor? Well someone needs to make an upside-down Facing Worlds, that would solve allot of the problems with this map.

Really, are there any games that facing worlds hasn't been ported to yet? It's a fun map, just not every other game
