    Nexuiz -> 2008 -> Tokyo -> Godzilla

    2 or 3 chainstops, depending on how you count :)

    Btw, just to make it clear, editing Wikipedia to reach your destination would be cheating, even if the edit itself would be understandable (I mean really, no mention of Godzilla in the entry for "Japan"... WTF?).

    I should totally make a greasemonkey script that solves these chains :D

    Flat Earth Society -> Arthur C. Clark -> Science -> Philosophy of science -> Epistemological anarchism -> Scientific progress

    Weird that the Science page doesn't have the word progress once.

  • I made it from a list of "2006 toyota parts list" to "Jesus Christ" in 3 (I think) clicks playing the Jesus game.

    It's so easy with Jeebus.

  • Theres another way to cheat, using special pages showing linked pages and "pages that link here", but thats less efficient and requires some guesswork.

  • All in all, I only wanted to popularize the term "chaining", not start a game (although it was fun for about 6 posts).

    Chaining isn't a directed search, it's what happens when you let your curiosity keep telling you to click on other links and you eventually end up miles away from what you originally looked up, without ever trying to get there.
