  • Uh, yeah, well.... there are already 2 threads for beer and i don't really like beer, so i thought to myself (inside my brain) "Well, how about something else?"

i'm not sure how we should go about it.... should we decide on something particular? or let people drink what they want? me for example, i found some weird liquid inside a small transparent plastic bag without any writing on it. tasted like some juice, quite tasty.

  • You should create a poll first to decide the non-alcoholic beverage of choice.

I expect to see "milk" among the options.

  • Tea! Any kind counts.
    1. Open Notepad
    2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
    3. Save
    4. Open the file in Notepad again

You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.

  • never tried Lassi. does it taste similar to Ayran or much different?

i think this could work out if we counted in litres. so, if we start at 1000 litres, you drink your soda, ayran or coffee, subtract the amount from 1000 (or what the current number is) and state what kind of liquid it was.

or will that be too much math? :P

  • Lassi is like the sweet version of Ayran. At least the stuff I know from my store. Available with Mango, Banana, Coco and Aloe Vera flavor. It's one of these fancy girls-drinks actually. Like "smoothies" (overpriced fruit crap)
    Still tastes nice.

I hope, you're pleased to hear, that we eat six pounds of Sauerbraten and Pretzels to our morning beer.

Coffee count is still at 990 btw.

  • Coffee would be neat, but I think it would be better if we opened it up to any caffeinated drink. Personally, I don't like coffee, but I drink a lot of Mountain Dew.

  • Mountain Dew is a caffeinated, sweet, citrus-flavored soft drink produced by PepsiCo, Inc.
It is sold in about 20 different countries outside USA.

  • You mean on "The Island"? :) I think it's sold in germany labeled as "Bullit" and some other names, depending on retailer. In other european countries, too, probably.

i'd rather not commit on one single type of drink, because some people are allergic to certain foods.
