How do I connect to IRC for irc.quakenet.org? I need some quicker help on setting up a dedicated windows server.

When I put the server info in IRC, I get "Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)" and then "Connect retry #1 irc.quakenet.org (6667) (dns pool). Then it keeps repeating this.

Are there any other settings I need to make to connect succesfully?
