  • Pixen is an OpenSource sprite editor, which can be used for gif-animations too.
    It wasn't updated for a while now and it's buggy though.

  • editing animations in Gimp is a bit annoying. i have to disable all layers (frames) to view the bottom one, for example. it's okay for animations with few frames tho.

  • I thought perhaps you would want to revert back to animation shop... If gimp was giving you some grief.

  • how do you use pixen i downloaded it but all i get is a little thing that shows paintbrushes
