Hey I just loaded 1.5 but some servers are saying I my version is outta date... Can anyone please tell me where to get the patch from?

Or tell me wats up...?

The official version is 1.5. The 1.5.1 are RC (release candidate) versions that were produced to test stuff and also so show off some of the new things in Nexuiz. Those are not meant to play and are incompatible with the 1.5 version. And the 1.5.1 version is also already outdated by now as the team is aiming for version 1.6 as the next to be released.
There have been NO annoucments of 1.5.1 so only people that look hard and know what will happen should download them.. Well ok they are not hidden or anything but i guess you get the idea.

After reading you text again i'm not sure if you have downloaded 1.5.1 and have problems connecting to 1.5 server or if you have 1.5 are trying to connect to 1.5.1 servers.. There should NOT be 1.5.1 servers online as its only a testing version.

If its a server thing (being on 1.5) and being in Australia, doing a server search is catching the test servers as well? Because of there being little players in Australia/New Zealand etc. I could be completely wrong.

I have only so far found one (Game Arena... Cheers Boys) Australian server that has a ping of under 150.

There are 2 public Japanese server online, which is running 1.5.1 rc3 (testing version).

From that other post regarding this big lan in japan it seems 1.5.1rc3 is very popular there. Well if there are enough servers and people play this version there is nothing we can do but this version is not official.

@ The Crippler: I do not understand that question totaly.. If you are using Nexuiz 1.5 you should find 1.5.1 servers too. And upon joining you should get the warning message about mismatching versions.
The upcoming version 1.6 will only find 1.6 servers, at least i only found 1 server when i accidently clicked on "join" with the development version .

All good, just ignore it... I was only hypothesizing after you said; "There should NOT be 1.5.1 servers online as its only a testing version".
