Hi all.. May 17. is the Norwegian constitutional day, and unlike most countries this is celebrated by children and kids going around in parades, eating unhealthy stuff, and playing, rather than military parades and stuff like that. The celebration is in rememerabce of May 17 1814 when Norway wrote and started to enforce our own constiturion. This is a national holiday Relaxing

Since I know that there are norwegians hanging here that are abroad now, like Abaddon who is in China, and the day is very pleasant here, I'll just post a few pics

Some girls in local traditional celebrational outfits, the one to the laft is from part of the country a bit North of where I live, the other 4 are the local traditional outfit with some minor variations:



Its supposed to be the "children's day", so my old Scout-group arranged some activities for the kids. I had to help out this year too, but it was fun

Yay, and they're smoking hard stuff, as to see by the big sunglasses the girls on the right side waer, and more obvieusly by the one girl on the left side

Did notice the massive sunglasses. More importantly I noticed the tiny person and dog on the grass tp the left.
