A spider I had to kill in WoW which made me scream when I saw it, it was that bad. It is a low level spider, but it's sooooo scary!!

It is a wolf spider (3 months later he says).
Welcome to Florida, land of giant mosquitoes and spiders and lizards.
Just be glad it didn't get in your bathroom.

(Great way to break a leg, discover you have been sharing a shower with a giant wolf spider and it is frantically trying to get out of the water!)
Really happened to me, but I didn't break my leg!

I think that they are pretty much harmless (they are more afraid of you than vice-versa), unless you have a heart attack, or break the aforementioned leg!

I usually treat spiders with respect.. Unless it's in my house, then I stab it or crush it with a pan or something. In this case, it's outside... So you don't NEED to do this, but it's fun. I would have lit the fucker on fire.

I don't mind spiders if they don't annoy me. The only time I worry about them is if they're one of the two types (brown recluse and black widow) on this continent you have watch out for.

Ass-spiders are the worst.

Looks a lot like spiny-bellied orb weaver. Those things are annoying as hell in wooded areas because they put webs all over the place.
