C.Brutail's Secret b33r bunker aka the 5th k b33rs game

Post anything on anything here

  • Welcome to C.Brutail's Secret b33r bunker! Have a cold one with us, and have fun! :)

So... are we up to the 5th thousand of b33rs ? ;)

    Da rulez:

-if you drink some b33r, you just take away the amount from the remaining number.
-b33r is measured in 0.5 liters. That means either one bottle, or a jar in a pub (a jar is 0.5 liters here in Hungary).
-Everybody counts his very _own_ consumption.
-The 1000 b33r we have is in common. It's a community project (right tZork ? :P )
-TIMELIMIT! You have to add your frags to the list within 3 days.
-This is not a virtual game. We're real men/women/cyborgs/aliens/orcs/elven/dwarwen/ghosts/undead drinkin' real b33rz. Please, don't fool us, and don't ruin our game.
-Non alcoholic b33r does NOT count.

    We start from 1000.

Also, you're all encouraged to tell us what kind of b33r you've drunk, your experiences, stories, etc. :) If you can provide photos, it'd be very nice :)

    b33r anyone?

The Nexuiz community is not responsible for anything harm coused by this game. We strongly recommend not to drink more alhocolic bewerages, other then your body can handle. Alcohol is a very strong neural poison, not good for your health in large portions. The Nexuiz community supports responsible drinking.

Actually, this one was left from the previous game, but whatever, it's in the 3 days timelimit :)

My pick was the "Soproni Szőke Ciklon" :

    Image

The name means "Soproni Blond cyclone" . It's a relative new b33r from the brew factory "Soproni" (one of my favorite btw.). A new trend has reached Hungary: lemon flavored b33rs. I have to say, it's very nice actually. The mild bitterness of the original Soproni Ászok mixed with the sourness of lemon is very refreshing. A very good, not very potent (4.5% of alcohol) b33r to drink after a hard day of work :)
And this was the actual situation too, my brother bought me this today for a welcome b33r when I've returned home :)

  • Don't ask others whether they're underage for alcohol consumption, don't tell others you're underage for alcohol consumption.

Emphasizing the telling aspect, negligence is the same as condoning, and carries criminal ramifications for this board, specifically Willis.

Two "Borsodi"s during working in the garden - finally,it's pretty hot here :-)
"Borsodi" is one of the most common hungarian b33rz. Bitter, and nothing special. But at least it's cheap  Alc: 4,6 V/V %
The other two were two original "Soproni" in the disco last night. One thing is for sure: I need to boost my skills in getting known with complete strangers :-(

  • Obviously,as we're a much smaller country :-)
"common", as it's one of the oldest brewery so everybody knows it, cheap,so everybody can afford it,and you can buy it everywhere too.

  • No,but we're rather famous for our wines.I don't drink much wine, simply for three reasons:I only like to drink dry,and yet tasty, good wines, that don't give me a terrible hangover ;-) That hard to find, and it's too expensive for me.Also, wine is much more potent than beer.

  • 950.

One after a hard day of work, and mental stress, and one during working in the grapeyard.

"Beer" :D This is some rebranded stuff from the chain market "Lidl"... I wonder what it is for real, but it seems like some imported stuff from Slovakia.
Anyway, it's not the worst b33r I've drunk so far - it's bitter, but hey, at least I like it that way :D Also, it's cheap, and fairly weak, only 3 V/V %. If it's cold, ideal for an after-work/during meal b33r. But there are certainly better (and also worse) beers on the market.
