Hey guys, downloaded svn yesterday or 2 days ago, and every new map I try to download, is totally black, I tried everything to make it work like removing it from dlcache and reloading, but nothing works.
Is this a bug or not?
How to fix this?

You seem to get a "Bad Request" error message (400). And because it can't download the map it also can't display it (Map maps/Pea_YSpiralY.bsp not found).

Does it work when you manually download a map and put it in the data/dlcache folder?

manualy it works but not via server
