  • This thread shall be about things you really like and want to recommend to your Nexuiz fellas.

This is mainly for Windows users with high performance machines that lack cool screensavers.
I found these cool linux-like screensavers for Linux (duh!), Mac and Windows and just had to share 'em with you guys:

  • My nice finding is bicycles. Get a bicycle, ride it, and then burn your car.

  • I've had Halios and hyperspace as my main SS for a while.
They are not really that resource intensive since they work flawless on my machine.

  • My nice finding is the Spyderco Spyderfly.

It flips like a larger balisong, and is one of the few balisongs that rings when you flip it. Although the handles are rather heavy for a balisong, it will make everything else seem much lighter, even other stainless steel balisongs.

Earlier models had VG-10 blade steel, although after a while, Spyderco switched to 440C.

The wire pocket clip is also quite nice.

Not the ones for Windows! There are ports. ;) I know those from my Xandros Linux. Didnt know there were Windows versions as well! Now I'm as happy as a clam! :D

Interesting bikes! And the SpyderFly is awesome!

This really shows how stupid people are. It teams you up with a random person and you have to label the image. I have rarely found someone who knows what they are looking at. And you have to label the image based on a small thumbnail, making it impossible in some cases to identify the subject of the image. The only time I ever got matches was with very generic words "man, people, group, boat" things like that. Nobody seems to know any exact names for things. If you are feeling very happy, and just really want to get annoyed, play this game.
No Google, labelling all of your images man, dog, and person will not improve search results.
