Ok, here comes a bugreport: if the map eats FPS like hell for you, turn donw particle quality, and it should be ok. The less the quality, the more the FPS you'll have.

I started a second server. On 141.2.16.17, just this map is played - and that server runs a special patch that adds Quake 2-style double jumps

To do a double jump, jump once and when in air and touching an edge, immediately jump again. You can get quite high using that.

The patch is BTW available from http://mensa.ath.cx/~polzer/temp/doublejump.diff, but note that you should not use it for regular gameplay - it breaks cl_movement prediction.

This is simply great! Merry Christmas!

P.S.: Unfortunately for me, I only read about the particle quality and FPS thing after I had to find it out the hard way .

OMG! Hard to see anyone with the strength on the snow. Map download was very slow for me on one of those servers and at 14.4Mb it took a long time. The music just loops so it could be reduced in length a lot to reduce the size of the pk3.

Ah, the chimney on the outside is also a teleporter. Very interesting.

it's not really fun to play, but it's still funny. my only comment would be to play a random clip of santa shouting abuse or something when you try to frag him instead of the text, but it's still funny. Good Job.

Of course it is, what were you thinking about Santa's house? You know, he's always using the chiumney! The door is only for his elven!

I like the christmas spirit in the map But now the christmas is over.
