Nope, instant kill is instant kill. None instant kill is none instant kill. Even if Nex would leave you with 1 hp it still wouldn't be instant kill.
Besides people who has stacked up on health and armor require multiple shots before they are dead i.e. Nex != instant kill.

And no, Nex won't be nerfed so no more on that.

Nex also has a long refire time. MG does not. MG can do similar damage if used correctly. RL and mortar can do more damage if used correctly.

IMO, if you played against Chefnik, then you'd whine that mg should be nerfed.
