Does it have to be gaming fails or general fails? Sadly one of my biggest fails was caught by two cameras but both tapes have been lost
but that's another story .-

Having fallen off space maps plenty in my "Nexuiz Career" you can see my correction of error when I realized what was happening. I rocketed myself to my death. I'm obviously dead at this point and not retaining any of my items, the best thing I can do is try to respawn faster, i.e kill myself.
Cross-post insight, the only way I consider this a positive thing, is in the area of self-improvement. In game, points wise, this is still a negative action. Simply put, we're trying to make lemonade out of lemons.-
